Yes, as long as someone you trust lets us in and you confirm who they are, in writing or by phone. That can be a neighbour, a key holder, a property manager or a friend. ### How do I pay from abroad? The confirmed methods are cash, card or Bizum. If nobody will be at the house with a card or cash, say so when you book and the payment is agreed with you before the visit. ### My neighbour says the door looks tampered with. What should they do? Not go in. If it looks forced, the Guardia Civil should see it first, and nothing should be touched until then. Once it has been seen, the door is made to lock again. ### Who should hold a key while I am away? As few people as possible, and people you can name. If you no longer know who has keys to the house, new cylinders are cheaper than finding out the hard way. ### The house has been closed since the spring and the lock is stiff. Do not force the key.
